The lifts were a nightmare! With just eight small ones and long waits, it felt like an endless ordeal, especially during rush hours. Plus, getting to the prayer area meant a tiring walk-definitely not what I expected.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The breakfast options were very limited, lacking variety and flavor, disappointing each morning. I also faced challenges with the staff as they were not very accommodating. For example, I struggled to access a microwave to warm food for my children. The pillows in my room were too soft.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff were incredibly supportive, especially tasnim and his supervisor, mr forkhan, who assisted us on the 12th floor. their willingness to help made our experience seamless. the hotel beds and blankets were exceptionally cozy, ideal for relaxation after a long day. we also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the mosque, allowing us to hear the azan clearly.
